Dehydrating is a great way to help become food resilient, ensuring a longer shelf life of food, while maintaining flavour and nutrition.
We are running an informal workshop at St Peter’s Church, Main Road, Tapawera, on the 5 th of May, where locals will share their tips and tricks, with samples on hand. No previous experience is required.
Light refreshments will be available. Come along to learn more or just to enjoy the connection with others.
